    Product Stocking

 

-       For promotional purposes, some products have been featured with additional props; unless the item is listed in our product list, it is not included in the hampers.

-       We cannot be held liable for any items delivered without the customer being present. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

-       We do our utmost to ensure that all the products listed on our website are currently in stock. However, since many of our suppliers are small producers subject to seasonal availability and production limitations, we reserve the right to replace any unavailable product with a product of equal or more excellent value and quality.

Return & Exchange Policy

All product orders must be cancelled at least three days before delivery. We do not accept cancellations after the product has shipped. Cancellation requests must be sent to beyondmillennialscanada@gmail.com.

 We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange as we must respect our suppliers, artisans and small businesses. We do not accept returns 

We do not accept exchanges for certain types of gourmet products. 

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you have any questions, please contact us, and we will respond as soon as possible.
