Yes, the Flowers are 100% naturally grown roses. The Flower plant materials come from a wide range of sources and go through a series of Processes. We source the best flowers available for all of our products. These are real, forever roses preserved so that they will last for years if taken good care of.

We currently have the option to either pick up or ship. If you choose curb-side pick up, you will be prompted on the order page where you may choose the option to pick up or else you can simply have it shipped directly to you! No, Our Items that are already marked down will not be applicable for any further discount codes or markdowns, as we have to be respectful to our vendors for their budget.

Depending on your choice, we require 7-10 business days, including shipping, as our flowers are Freshly Made for you. Shipping will occur once that production time has been completed. Note that weekends and holidays are not production days. Delivery times are based on the receiving location and choices made by the customer at checkout. In case of any unforeseen circumstances where your order is delayed, we will connect with you to see a better option. Eternal Roses does not take responsibility for late deliveries due to issues during transit or incorrect shipping choices made during checkout.

1.     Keep away from sunlight. 2.     Keep away from direct wind and air conditioning. 3.     Keep away from moisture. The petals will become semitransparent if the environment is moist. If so, you just need to put it in a dry climate for several hours; then, the flower will return to its original state. 4.     If the preserved flower is stained by dust, you can use the blower in the cool and slow wind to blow softly 20cm away from the flower. 5.     This product is inedible. Do not put it in the mouth. 6.     The preserved flower can last 3-5 years and even longer if you keep it well.
